Please read ticket information below carefully before ordering. Please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct date, time and location you want to attend. All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION:
Please read the following information regarding tickets before purchasing
Advanced tickets will only be sold on our peak dates of the 2020 season: Oct 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 & 31. Entrance to the pumpkin patch on these dates will only be guaranteed with a ticket purchase. Stand-by tickets at the gate may be available on these dates only if space permits. All other dates in October will have tickets available at the gate. Please check our calendar for dates and times on our home page.
Tickets will only be available for the location you selected at time of purchase. Please ensure you are purchasing tickets for the correct location - either North or South. If you purchase tickets for the wrong location, service fees will be charged in order to change tickets to the correct location. If you wish to attend both locations you will need to purchase tickets separately for both locations.
Tickets are sold every half hour starting at 9:00am. The pumpkin patch closes at 5:00pm. Ticket sales end at 3:30 pm for the North location and guests will be asked to leave at 5:00pm. At the South location, ticket sales will end at 4:00pm and guests will be permitted to stay until 6:00pm only on the dates that tickets are sold. Recommended visit time is 90-120 minutes. Guests are asked to limit their stay to a maximum of 2 hours.
Please ensure that you check-in no more than 30 minutes before or after your scheduled entry time. If you arrive early, please wait near your car until your check-in window opens. If you do not check-in within your allowable time slot, entrance to the pumpkin patch will not be guaranteed and will be dependent on our occupancy limits at that time.
Tickets must be purchased for all guests ages 3 and up. Guests 2 and under do not require a ticket. All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The maximum number of tickets allowed in one purchase is six tickets. Families are asked to limit their group to a maximum of 6 people and to stay a minimum of 6 feet from other families while enjoying the pumpkin patch.
No dogs are permitted at the pumpkin patch.
Tickets are for admission to the pumpkin patch only; all attractions are included in the price of admission. Pumpkins are an additional charge. We accept cash, credit or debit.
No refunds or exchanges on tickets. The pumpkin patch will be open rain or shine. In the unlikely event of an unscheduled closure, ticket exchanges will be offered for a replacement date in the 2020 or 2021 season.
